common gripes
Fed up with takeoff software that tries to do everything?
A lot of software is built for big teams and stuffed with bits most estimators never open. MSUR covers the full job: measure, price, vary, track. No clutter.
-
Half the features never get used
MSUR: takeoff through to progress. The bits you actually need.
-
Takes forever to learn
MSUR: open a drawing and start measuring. Most people are away on day one.
-
Expensive licences
MSUR: from £49/month, billed monthly, no long contract.
-
Jumping between tools
MSUR: quantities stay on the same job from takeoff into estimate, variations and progress.
-
Pricing lags behind the takeoff
MSUR: quantities and prices update as you measure, so the estimate keeps up.

AI legend & auto-measure
Pull in coloured legends and auto-trace the linework so you’re not redrawing every run by hand.
03 / 06
BOQ & products
Quantities drop into a live BOQ. Stick rates on, set finishes and products. Takeoff and estimate together.
04 / 06
Variations
Omissions, additions and tweaks linked to measured items. Keeps the change on the same job as the drawing.
05 / 06
Site progress
Mark % complete on the drawing or in a list. Coat stages, photos, and a CSV for the valuation.

Browser + phone
Work in any browser, and on site with the phone offline. Same account, same figures, syncs when you’re back online.
